Starting July 21st...
Just as the Lord's Prayer is built on the firm foundation of knowing God as Father, this relationship is the core reality of all of God's faithful people in the Bible. As we look at a few key prayers of God’s people in the Old Testament, this relationship and communion with the Almighty is on full, glorious display. From intercession to praying for promises. From confession to Thanksgiving. These prayers are not forms but expressions. Expressions of faith, expressions or affection, and above all expressions of the character of God as Father. We too, along with the saints of the Scripture are able to pierce heaven because of God's nature and our communing relationship with him.
